SYMA "A" and "B" ARENAS - BUDAPEST

We can witness the last great shot of the 2008 summer festival season at the two great arenas of the Budapest SYMA events center on 30 August. The festival which over the years established its role as the summer closing event is now back renewed, with the greatest star parade - like never before, awaiting more thousands of house- and techno fans, who besides the 'B' arena well known from the previous Bónusz parties can now take possession of the 'A' arena too, which is even bigger, known from the Tiesto and Paul van Dyk parties. Amazing technical surroundings, inimitable feeling, and most of all the top DJs of France, the Netherlands, Canada, Argentina, the UK, the United States, Austria and Hungary guarantee the genuine festival-feeling: there is no precedent in the history of the Hungarian party life when so many top DJs performed at one event through only one night.

'A' arena, that is 'the BECKS & VISUALPOWER' arena awaits people who want to see DAVID GUETTA (F) play for example. The favorite Parisian DJ of Ibiza has already been nominated for Grammy awards and he actually took the award for the "DJ Of The Year" at the House Music Awards in London in 2005. His original albums, like Pop Life in 2007 are selling more millions worldwide; and his fans include such great celebrities like Steven Spielberg, J-Lo or Kate Moss. Same is the arena where one of the best-known DJ-producers of Holland, JUNKIE XL will be playing. He is now touring with his brand new, 2008 album, "Booming Back at You"; and working together with David Bowie on a movie soundtrack at a Hollywood studio. Besides them, we will also see the manager of Turbo Records, TIGA, whose famous surreal party concepts will bring some mysticism and sexism to the Bónusz event. Grammy-nominated like Guetta, TIMO MAAS also features a unique style, who's a guest of the 'A' arena too. The German DJ is by the way a leading figure of the New York Pacha and DC10 of Ibiza club nights. We can also party with the favorite artist of Hungarian party crowds, HERNAN CATTENO who has conquered the scene from Argentina. The musician from Buenos Aires is a respected fellow of - Digweed, Sasha, Oakenfold and Tenaglia; a much respected artist of the Perfecto, Yoshitoshi, Bedrock, Subliminal and Renaissance labels. And at last, but not least we can also see NIC FANCIULLI from the UK, whose 2007 tour and album One+One, made together with James Zabiela took massive crowds to dance worldwide. The grand star parade will of course only be complete by the selected Hungarian DJs: CHRISS, KÜHL, STERBINSZKY, SLAM JR, SANFRANCISCOBEAT, and the JUNKIE & HAWKY duo will all spend the night of 30 August at the 'A' arena of the BÓNUSZ '.

All the while the 'B' - that is the 'T-MOBILE' arena will be ruled by more dynamic rhythms. Such great aces will show up at the DJ booth as CHRIS LIEBING for example, who's been playing for some twenty years now, established a number of acknowledged labels, and he's making full-house parties wherever he goes. Besides Sven Vath and DJ Hell, he is the best known German techno DJ. Still at the 'B' arena the same time the US will be represented by Chicago's super-showman DJ RUSH, and the genius Philadelphian JOSH WINK. Notoriously famous for his shockingly special appearance and, eccentric, RUSH completely carried away the audience of the Budapest summer closing festival in 2007, and it won't be any different now. JOSH WINK is also a prominent figure of the electronic music scene: he's been continuously on the road since 1995, his experimental sounding sets are welcomed from underground cellars to the mega events. Through the night we can also catch the manager of Terminal M label - MONIKA KRUSE from Berlin, BRIAN SANHAJI building on the Frankfurt inspirations, coming with a live show, and also we can see DJ FELIPE from Austria. Of the local electronic music scene the freshest music will be brought by HOT X, BUDAI, COYOTE, IGOR DO'URDEN, DJ NEWL, and also COLLINS & BEHNAM who are preparing for a live set. The party feeling will be kept high on top from the beginning to the end by the main actors of the LIVING F/X performace group from Vienna, MC MARS & MC SPOT, the masters of the ceremony. They will actually perform in both arenas throughout the night. Besides all this the comfortable, indoor relaxing zone formed by T-Mobile will be a special experience at the 'B' arena as well as the great outdoor lounge just outside the arena.

The realization of the full program, the perfect implementation of the plans made the just renewed BÓNUSZ FESTIVAL the highest-budget-event of the all-time Hungarian party scene.
